Arrival and Departure

You can check-in from 2 p.m. If you arrive late, please let us know, you will find the key under the doormat on the front door. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us 1-2 days before arrival. In some cases we can offer you an earlier check-in.
Parking spaces for our guests are located directly in front of our house and are available to you free of charge.
You can find your key under the doormat on the front door. There is a piece of paper with your name on the front door and your apartment door.
Please understand that the house/apartment must be vacated by 10 a.m. to ensure that everything runs smoothly. A late check-out is possible by arrangement and if there are no guests following.
You are welcome to book a high chair and a travel cot for our apartments. Both the travel cots and the high chairs will be brought to the apartment before your arrival and will be charged at 10 EUR per stay.
So that you can travel with light luggage, you will find freshly made beds and clean towels in your apartment. The initial equipment is included in the price.
Dogs and cats are permitted in the holiday home (not in the apartments) by arrangement and are charged at 10 EUR per animal/day.

  • Cancellations and changes up to 30 days before the date of arrival are free of charge.
  • Cancellations and changes made up to 14 days before the date of arrival will be charged with 50% of the price of the entire booking.
  • Cancellations and changes that are made late or no-shows will be charged 100%.
If you want to book a property, you know from the occupancy overview that it is free but still not bookable, it is mostly because certain arrival days or booking periods are specified. You can cancel a booking at any time. However, please note the set cancellation deadlines and the costs that a cancellation entails for you.

Payment

The prices are per night and depend on the number of people (adults and children). You are without food. Our apartments and flats are luxurious, high quality and fully equipped so that no wish remains unfulfilled. The detailed features can be found in the individual accommodations.
Payment is made in cash or by bank transfer.
When making a reservation, we ask you to make a deposit of 30% of the total amount of your booking free of charge to our account:

After receipt of the deposit you will receive a deposit confirmation by email, with the information that your booking is now legally binding.
You will also receive a confirmation of the remaining payment by e-mail, if desired also in paper form upon arrival.
No, there are no hidden costs if you have made the booking for the correct number of people or pets.
The tourist tax levied by most municipalities is included in the travel price.
